April 21, 2026 Resistance

Here is another part of carving in a deliberate, daily quiet time and place … not everything pressing into you is pressure to grow … some of it is a pull to quit.
Right?
There is an enemy that is working a sabotage.
A whisper of weariness.
A gentle but persistent push to pause what continuously God places in you.
And, man oh man … how easy it is to dress it up as delay or doubt.
But Scripture speaks it plain:
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12
There is resistance.
Real.
Relentless.
An enemy that has set out to ruin you and me – to reroute us.
And, yet … in Christ, there is a powerful, supernatural, steady strength within.
Spirit-sent.
Savior-secured.
So this sweet, set-apart moment, we don’t have to solve everything.
Just see it.
Call it what it is.
Stand where you are.
Stay soft, but steadfast.
Because the moment you recognize the real enemy showing up … is the moment you reclaim your rhythm.
We were never meant to retreat – we were called to rise. No matter the storm, or resistance, or plot, or grief – you and I are called forth and commissioned to rise in Christ.
In His Love and Light,
Angie
